Profile
We have the crew working experiences onboard over
2000 teu containers. Their demand wages are comparatively less than
other nationalities even though they hold valid competent
certificates.
In view of keeping professional seamen in our
pool, we strongly believe continuous learning and training are
necessary. We encourage them and support for this purpose. We have
accumulated graduated engineers who can serve as ordinary motormen
for seatime to sit for exam purpose. We have the cadets trained by
Institute of Maritime Technology and they have valid certificates of
efficient deck hands and watch keeping. I will introduce them with
very minimum wage scale as they eagerly need seatime for M.O.T
examinations.
We
have two types of agreement. One type is registration with
governmental issue of agreement between Worldwide Shipping Company
and Seaman Employment Control Division, Dept. of Marine
Administration. Another one is manning agency agreement with various
shipping companies.
We are managing 30 ASP (SM) vessels. 10 Ceyline
colombo vessels. 15 Semco Company owned vessels and 5 Red sea Marine
(RSM) tankers.
We are also supplying crew to ocean going tugs,
equipped with Wartsila engine. Type of vessels are different such as
bulkers, containers and sea going tugs.
We are in the group of i-marine/ASP-CMS/Wartsila
NSD/Ceyline Shipping Co.
